Since each institution is unique, the most effective process is one adapted to its particular needs and circumstances. Therefore, we work closely with the search committee to tailor and subsequently implement the process that will achieve optimal results.

While an institutional study at the outset is a widely employed, fundamental building block, we have found that subsequent steps in the process vary considerably. Therefore, we have published our "Presidential Search Committee Handbook" which provides suggested guidelines throughout the process.
