JUDITH A. PERRY joined the firm in 1996 as Vice President and Treasurer. For the preceding 13 years, Ms. Perry served as manager of Fairfax County Government's Automated Systems Training Center. Earlier she was an Educational Services Representative for IBM and a nursery and kindergarten teacher for the American School for the Deaf. She is a graduate of Endicott College. In overseeing RHPA's Information Technology Network, Judy manages the firm's website and databases, the implementation of new technologies and software, and provides training and executive search support.
