Paul G. Doeg

PAUL G. DOEG, based in North Carolina, is a Senior Consultant with R. H. Perry & Associates.  Since joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Doeg has supported the firm’s principals on more than 130 of the firm’s presidential and senior administrative searches.  Paul assists in top prospective candidate identification, and in conducting in-depth due diligence.  He is currently providing assistance in the following searches: Chancellor, Montana State University-Billings, President, Louisiana State University-Monroe, President, Landmark College, and Provost, Saint Joseph College(CT). 

In addition, Mr. Doeg partners with Mr. Kilcoyne in directing the firm's Value-Added Search Services (VASS) program.  Currently, Paul is leading a finalist due diligence assignment for the Millersville University of Pennsylvania-Lancaster Director.  He has recently completed top candidate searches/ finalist due diligence for the Vice President for Student Affairs, San Jose State University; Vice President for Enrollment, St. Bonaventure University; Chancellor, Montana State University-Northern; Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College, Carroll College; Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, University of Montana-Missoula; and finalist due diligence for President, Truman State University.

Paul has served as treasurer on the board of directors of the Livingston Humane Society, and played an integral role in the management of its endowment as well as in the development of the organization’s strategic plan.  He has also provided pro bono recruitment consulting to the Western Sustainability Exchange, an organization committed to promoting sustainable resource stewardship in the West. Paul received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in Organizational Leadership at Regis University.
